Mission

Help reduce crime in York County through professional education programs aimed at promoting community involvement in crime prevention.

Programs and Seminars

Special needs programs are available upon request. All presentations are available for most any size group or organization and are offered free of charge.

Contributions

Donations to our programs may be made by sending a check made payable to 'County Of York' with "Sheriff's Youth Programs" in the memo line.  Contributions can be sent to Sgt. Williams at the above address.

York County Youth Detention Center Partnership

York County Sheriff's Office works in cooperation with York County Youth Detention Center (YDC) to provide educational programming for youth who are detained at YDC in the shelter unit and secure detention wings.  The programs teach the youth communication skill, anger management, conflict resolution skills, laws, victim awareness/impact, citizenship, and values.
